Common Questions

Answers before you visit

The things parents ask us most — booking, vaccination, what to bring, and who can see your child’s records.

Still not sure?

Call reception and ask. We would rather talk it through than have you guess from a web page.

Appointments

How do I book an appointment for my child?

Fill in the enquiry form on this website with your child’s details and a preferred day, or call the clinic directly. Our reception desk will call you back to confirm a time against the doctor’s actual availability.

Is my preferred time confirmed straight away?

No. Every request is reviewed by our reception desk against the doctor’s real schedule before it is confirmed. You will hear back from us with a confirmed time or an alternative that suits you.

Can I choose which pediatrician sees my child?

Yes. Mention your preferred doctor in the enquiry form and we will do our best to schedule with them. If they are unavailable on your preferred day, reception will offer you the nearest alternative.

What if my child is unwell and needs to be seen urgently?

Call the clinic instead of using the form. During clinic hours, urgent concerns are triaged over the phone and fitted into the same day wherever clinically appropriate. Outside clinic hours, or if your child is seriously unwell, go straight to your nearest emergency department.

Vaccination

Which vaccination schedule does the clinic follow?

We follow the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) and WHO recommended schedules. All essential vaccines are available in clinic and you receive both a printed card and digital reminders.

My child has missed a dose. Can we catch up?

Yes. Bring your existing vaccination card and the doctor will build a catch-up schedule appropriate to your child’s age and the doses already given.

Visiting the Clinic

What are the clinic timings?

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

What should I bring to the first visit?

Your child’s birth records, existing vaccination card, and any prescriptions, lab reports or discharge summaries from previous treatment.

Is the clinic child-friendly?

The waiting area has toys, books and child-safe seating, and consultation rooms are set up to keep visits calm and unhurried for both children and parents.

Records & Privacy

How is my child’s health information stored?

Health information is treated as sensitive personal data under the DPDP Act 2023. It is stored securely, access is restricted to the staff who need it for care, and every access to a medical record is logged.

Who can see my child’s records?

Only the treating doctor and clinic administration. Reception staff can see appointment details and contact information, but never prescriptions or consultation notes.
