1. Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please contact the clinic directly on +91 70192 04982 instead of using this site.

2. Who may use this site

This site is intended for parents and legal guardians arranging care for a child. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child concerned, or are acting with their authority.

3. An enquiry is not an appointment

This is the most important term on this page.

Submitting the form on this website sends a request. It does not book, hold or confirm anything. No slot is reserved by it.

Our reception desk reviews every request against the doctor’s actual availability and calls you back. Your appointment exists only once reception has confirmed a date and time with you directly.

4. Accuracy of what you tell us

Please give a phone number we can actually reach you on. If we cannot reach you, we cannot arrange the appointment. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit.

5. Fees

No payment is collected through this website. Consultation fees are payable at the clinic. Current fees are confirmed by reception when your appointment is arranged.

6. The content on this site is not medical advice

Everything published here — service descriptions, blog articles, answers to common questions — is general information about the clinic and about children’s health. It is not a diagnosis and not a treatment plan for your child.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false details or another person’s details without their authority.
• Do not use the enquiry form to send abusive, unlawful or commercial content.
• Do not attempt to gain access to any part of this system you have not been given access to, or to disrupt its operation.
• Do not copy the clinic’s content, photographs or branding for your own use without written permission.

8. Availability of the site

This website may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If you need urgent help, call the clinic on +91 70192 04982 during clinic hours rather than waiting for the site. Outside those hours, contact your nearest emergency department.

9. Intellectual property

The name Little’s Clinic, the clinic logo, and the text, photographs and design of this site belong to the clinic or are used under licence.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
